HANDS DOWN one of the best races I have ever done, and I've done lots. The course, the volunteers, the organization, the amenities, the on-course support, the giant medals, EVERYTHING. Excellent! Such a supportive and inspiring atmosphere. I'm still smiling. Will DEFINITELY be back next year.
My 2nd year doing this and was impressed how organized it was. The cheering, and everyone was so happy. The offering of snacks and water/juice after for us runners was perfect. Thank you....thank you and thank you. I will continue to do this runs as long as I can
Very well organized! Loved the cheerleader volunteers throughout the race. Great shirt, track, food, and medals! Love the step and repeat (though I wish McDonalds and Dominos pizza weren't sponsors... ironic).
Without hesitation will do it again next year! Thanks to all those involved :)
Awesome race today. Minor glitch with the timing which was handled very well. Definitely worth doing.
Best race in Southwestern Ontario!!! Very well organized and a great course. Volunteers are amazing and direct and cheer you along the way.

My second year running this race and I loved it!
Very well organized, fairly small race feel compared to Toronto. Corse well set up, clear, organized, clean. Energetic volunteers, clearly displayed options for water or Gatorade at refuel stations. Great vibe at the finish line, announcers say your name which is pretty cool. Love the start and finish in the big open park right in the middle of the city. Parking has never been an issue, can always find a spot nearby and it's free in London on Sunday's (2hr max so run fast).
The kids run fun after is a great way to get family involved and kids active , a perfect add on to the races offered that day.
Overall a great race I'd recommend to anyone from beginners to advanced! Perfect time of year and a great city :)
My best half marathon to date! It was so well organized, lots of friends and family were there. It also was the fastest one I have run so far... really enjoyed it so much! I would recommend this one again in a heartbeat!!
The course was beautiful - fairly flat and scenic, and we also lucked out with gorgeous weather.
Volunteers at aid stations and spectators on the course were great and the post-run food options were awesome.
Couple of minor complaints: pre-race goodie bag food was expired by almost a year, and the use of e-load at aid stations instead of gatorade. Most runners are used to the options of water or gatorade at aid stations - and the e-load was pretty awful and left me nauseous.
Overall a great race and would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller race to kick start the season.

I ran the 1/2 marathon and really enjoyed this race. The finish line has a great straight away approaching it which is excellent for a strong finish. THe organization was great and the volunteers and spectators were wonderful. It was my first long distance race and I really loved it.
I did this race a few years ago, and was able to attend this year. I run for fun, so not a pro or anything. It has improved into a first quality event. There was a huge buzz the whole weekend. This was also the first time we were able to bring our son. They have a kids race and we were able to run with him. Scenic course, lots to do outside of the race for adults and kids. Definate race for us in 2013
I ran this race once 6-7 years ago, the half marathon. The race has struggled with marshalling and course organization, but for a small, local community event it's well worth the experience.
