Great race, great volunteers, a nice run along the water front. Will definitely be doing next year!

What a blast for my dog and myself at the Fast and the Furriest Dog Run/Walk at the Confederation Park yesterday. Nice flat course, lots of water stations for my little guy (and of course for the humans) and cute dog tags at the Finish Line. Food was great as well, lots of fruit and yummy pizza.
We can't wait until next year!

Fun event, small but well managed and well laid out. Ran with my daughter and our pet dog, both were well behaved!Fun to do a run that's a little less competitive, would do it again next year.

A well managed event...what a blast.
Being able to run with our "best friends" made the day memorable.
Great shirts, great medals at the finish, great snacks after and a fine group of people to spend an afternoon on the road with.
Loved every minute....well done.

I did the 5k human/dog race. It was a blast - except my race partner needed to learn how to race! ;)
Great, but small race. Nice course along the waterfront - scenic, flat, and closed to traffic. Great medal for all 4-legged finishers and shirts for human participants.
It would be great to see more people out to enjoy this race! My race buddy and I will be out again next year!

This was only my second 5K ever and I really enjoyed this race. The route was nice along the lake and relatively flat throughout the whole race. There was no need to worry about cars or anything since it was all closed off and all the waterfront path. Wish a had a 4 legged friend to run with me at the time but there were lots of people without dogs

1st race with Buddy - his turn for a change. It's a smaller race but very well organized and a great environment. Everyone working at the race was very upbeat and keen on putting on a great event. It's a very enjoyable course good for both human and four legged friend. Nice awards presentation. Buddy had a blast!

This was the first race that my dog and I have run together! Great event, fun little course along the waterfront trail. I would recommend a larger time gap between the runners and runner+best friend as it might get a little hectic with dogs passing solo runners. Some fun ideas for the dogs include doggie bags at check-in and treats at the end. All in all it was a great race. We'll be back!!

Very cool race for Chevy & I!!! Nice scenic course. Well run, as always. More of these "dog" runs be nice!! I like the previous suggestion of adding the dog's name.

This was our first official race, me and Jefferson. We have run many, many events but never in a special category for Man and Dog (or, woman). It was pretty cool, small but well organized as all these Niagara races are, and we even won an age group medal and Jefferson received a bone! There were plenty of dog bowls along the route and at the finish and even a dog zone fenced in for warm ups or to keep any Elite dogs in a special area.
Lots of potential here for growth, just be careful at the start as it's a bit nuts, and for safety I would suggest the 10-minute gap after the humans started the 5km be adjusted to 20 minutes, and why not record the dogs name along with the humans in the official results, maybe skip the last name just put the human name first along with the dog, since it really is a team effort!

Great, scenic little run, nice mix of mostly paved, some gravel and I think the last 30 yards on the grass, no spiked needed! Awesome scenery along the water and fast runners, I think over 50 broke 20:00 when I ran. Parking is handy and there are good permanent washrooms on site. Overall a nice little 5km always on a sat morning.

Awesome venue and great race organizers. This is a great course with no vehicle traffic to worry about. The full 5K is on closed roads or recreational paths. The course is relatively flat and quite scenic along the Lake Ontario waterfront.
