Excellent facilities; good course. The awards ceremony needs a drastic streamlining.

Another great race even though weather was rainy. Thanks to all the volunteers and coordinators of the race! Food was great as usual...especially the Gryfe's bagels. Will be
back again next year!!

This is such a great race! Always so impressed with the organizers and volunteers.
I did the 5k race..its a nice mix of well paved trails and street racing. The Chiropractic college keeps you nice and warm before the event starts and the awards ceremony is always enjoyable with yummy Gryfe's bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, cut
up oranges, apples etc. This is a great event! Try it next year!!

3rd time in last 3 years. Easy to get to and to park. Nice route mostly through East Don Parkland. No fancy medals, but great if you are looking for a 5 or 10 k. Angle chip timing.

I've participated in this for last 25 years, ran my second fastest time in the 10 k this year, definitely going back in 2014 looking for a PB. Great Bagels!

Great route with a mix of trails and road. Lots of prizes, and good race kits. You can even get free chiropractic treatment before and after the race.

Not a bad little run, nothing special, good location and friendly atmosphere, could have been bigger I suppose, good to see many draw prizes which if you are lucky is a bonus.

Amazing! First time I ran this course and I competed in the 5K course. The uphill start was a nice challenge followed by nice parkland for most of the run. And lots of prizes for those of us who don't place in the Top 3 of any race! Great food, too. More racers may want to consider this great race.

I did this 5km run many years ago, which is now a 5 and 10km run, it's a cool course that starts on the roads and winds up through a park system, pretty unique and the indoor post-race atmosphere at the Chiropractic College is fun, and warm!

I ran the 5k race in 2010 & 2011, and am signed up again for 2012. Its a nice fast course in mostly park trail roads, the best thing about this race is the after party, lots of great prizes to be won.
