Great flat, fast course. Well organized race. On the way to the cottage for many heading north on an August Saturday morning.
I really enjoyed the course. The race began on time and was well measured. However there was only one water station after the half-way mark. Most people ran without water, but not all runners were prof. athletes. It was a beautiful day and thanks to all the volunteers.
Flat course, well-marked and precisely measured 5K. The swag bags had lots of variety and goodies. Nice post race refreshments too. My only suggestion, and I heard this from a few other runners, is that I'd like to see the water station closer to the middle of the race as opposed to the end. Great event overall!
A very Flat fast race, my daughter will running this for the second time. Looking forward to getting a great time and a new Personal Best
Have enjoyed running Carrotfast many times,
across various routes over the years. The current course is the best.
The race is well organized, caters to a variety of runners,
recreational to elite and is well positioned as a lead
into the fall circuit of road or cross country races.
Bradford is a great town close to Toronto and a fun place to run in. Great flat and fast race to compete in.
I did this race last year and it was great! Slight downhill at the beginning, and nice and flat. Great place to get a P.B.!!
Awesome well organized race! Fast flat course and great course for a personal best!

I have been to every CarrotFast Race since it began. It's a well run event with some very fast competitors. One year they even had a Canadian record set. There's also room for the recreational runner to come out and have fun in a non-threatening event. Flat, fast and fun!
Really great course to run a fast time on. The Newmarket Huskies do a fantastic job at organizing it. Highly recommend including this as part of your build-up to cross country season!
This was one of my first races. I first ran it in 2013. It was a lot of fun. I remember seeing the Newmarket Huskies and immediately wanted to join the team. The race is flat and there's lots of nice scenery. 2014 was awesome too. Tons 2015 will be my 3rd year in a row running this race and 2nd year as a Huskie! :)
Nice flat course. Great atmosphere. Well organized.
Nice flat course, fun family atmosphere, low key but professional.
Run With The Wind
Great run. Officially measured and well-marked. Flat fast course. Chip-timed and nice post-race spread. Brooks shoes to M & W winner...have to run faster next time to win them :-). Bradford is a nice little town not too far from Toronto and Barrie
