Belwood Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon

My husband and I did the duathlon relay and had a great time! (Even though I fell off my bike and scraped my knee at the turn around ) we were very impressed with the organization and even MORE impressed they served GLUTEN FREE PIZZA at the end !! That us awesome! See you next year!

The race is fun with lots of scenery and the fat tire race is on single track through the conservation area which is intersting and fun the only downfall was the swim was at the boat luanch and on the day of the race it was oily and smelled of fuel

But it is a great first time race as it is not as busy and the run is quiet on a gravel trail so lots of fun
