Like most of us goal-oriented, active people, we are continually on the go, setting our next race goal, and often overlook the holistic needs of our body.
Now is a good time. While your physical self takes some time to recover, could your spiritual self use some attention? Have you been neglecting other components in your life? When was the last time you took some downtime for yourself to be still, freed yourself from a training regimen and tried a new activity like meditation or surfing?
