Note: Qualifications for team membership:
- Must drink before and after the race (sit at home Saturday nite cleaning your shoes and you're OFF the team) - mandatory drug-testing Sunday morning before the race, in front of Second Cup, get caught with drugs and you're ON THE TEAM! - pre-race get-together at a bar to warm up (Saturday afternoon - necessary) - post-race get-together - miss this and you're not getting invited back next year, unless you puked at the race and don't have a spare shirt to wear afterwards... OTTAWA - A 63-year-old Ottawa man attempting to become the oldest Canadian to climb to the summit of Mount Everest died Friday on the mountain.
