 Team Diabetes Day Four
Andy and Tj Travelogue – Day 4
Andy: Thank you for tuning in to our LIVE broadcast from the Radisson 1919 (link) in Reykjavik, Iceland! Now that the official ‘work’ portion of our adventure is behind us, we get to look forward to some serious Icelandic sightseeing and touring.
Tj: Yes, I’ve already had a chance to tour through the downtown core of Reykjavik. There is no better way to discover the wonders of this amazing city than exploring it on foot. It’s incredible what and how much you can take in by strolling just a few blocks from the downtown core. My favourite sight so far has to be the Hallgrimskirkja church, Reykjavik’s most prominent landmark. I encourage you to take a peek at the gallery for more.
Andy: So let me understand this, you’ve signed us up to jump off of waterfalls and go white water rafting?
Tj: Yup, that’s on the agenda for tomorrow! Trust me, you’ll have a thrilling time and just think, you can go back home and tell everyone you went ‘river rafting in Reykjavik!’
Andy: So if I live through it, we’ll have some dramatic pics of our latest adventure to share tomorrow, which will be our final report from Reykjavik before heading back to Canadian soil.
